If you are selling a property on behalf of someone who has passed away, we can assist in obtaining the Grant of Probate to give you the power to sell and we can even deal with the estate on your behalf.

You should collect all the deeds & old documents and if you have done any work, alterations or installations please make sure you can hand over the certificates to us. Do not worry if you don’t have the deeds because if your property is registered the Land Registry will have them.

We will send to you the protocol forms that need to be completed, as soon as you instruct us. Once you return all of the completed forms and hand over to us the old documents and deeds we will draft the contract package and send it to the Buyer’s Solicitor.

We will deal with legal enquiries raised by the Buyer’s Solicitor and give you guidance. We will make sure any mortgages are redeemed and tell you exactly how much money you will get.
